Emotional Support Pals is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We’re actively working to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so screen readers can navigate the site clearly.
• Keyboard navigation throughout, including a skip-to-main-content link and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Form fields with explicit labels and clear error messaging.
• Modals and overlays that trap focus while open and return focus to the trigger when closed.
• Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
• Image alternative text on all meaningful images, with decorative images marked appropriately.
